JAVEA – THE Supreme Court is examining the appeals by two Britons couple convicted last year for the murder of a man in Javea. Lindsay Frampton and Adrian Marshall, 51, were sentenced to 16 years in prison by the Alicante Provincial Court for killing fellow Briton, father-od-three Colyn Nobes at a property in Javea in June 2006.
Nobes was involved in a fight with the two Britons where he was beaten unconscious with a stick by Marshall. The two men put Nobes in the boot of their car and drove the victim away.
When the victim started screaming, the court found that the men dragged him from the case and beat him to death.
Two weeks later, Nobes’ decomposing body was discovered hidden under a motorway bridge.
