THE long awaited smash musical ‘Chicago’ is on stage in Torrevieja from tonight (Thursday) through Sunday this weekend. Sporting an all star cast the show has broken box office records in Madrid and received rave reviews. The show went on Tour in the Autumn and Torrevieja is privileged to be presenting the show over the weekend.
‘Chicago’ is the latest in a line up of hit musicals which have graced the stage of the Municipal theatre including ‘Fame’, Saturday Night Fever’ and ‘Mama Mia’, to name but a few.
Although the show is in Spanish, music is a universal language and you will instantly recognise many of the songs and the dance routines are first class.
As a special promotion, there are a few tickets left for Thursday, February 17 at 8pm and Sunday February 20 at both 5pm and 9:30pm with the remaining €45 tickets selling for only €35 and the €40 for €30. If you are quick, get yourself down to the Municipal Theatre Box Office and snap up yours as an end of the week treat.
There is not a maximum to the number of tickets you can purchase, up to the number available and while the show is in Spanish, this is the number one visited show in Spain so don’t miss out on this wonderful attraction during St. Valentine’s Week in Torrevieja. The box office will be open mornings from 11am to 1pm and before each performance.
